HepcoMotion HDLS from Bishop-Wisecarver Corporation is designed for high loads, demanding duty cycles, hostile operating conditions and ease of installation.
The distinct operating benefits which its features provide over conventional re-circulating systems are accentuated by arduous application. Overhead gantries and steel beam drilling machines are typical examples of where the HDLS system excels.
The HDLS belt driven system complements the rack and pinion drive option already available in the HDS Heavy Duty Slides System. HDLS is available with two bearing options - 64mm diameter for high load applications and 95mm for loads up to 40kN.
