Cooling Tunnels

Cooling Tunnels

Cooling tunnels can be used for a multitude of applications, from component manufacturing to food processing. Blasdel's expertise is in designing and producing processing and handling systems customized to specific needs. They deliver solid machinery built to withstand many, many years of operation

Cooling tunnels may be fabricated similar to High Velocity Air Convention Ovens but with no heating capacity. In the cooling tunnels, two blowers force ambient or outside air in while drawing the heated air from the parts out the opposite end. Simply passing air over a part results in significantly faster cooling. If additional speed in cooling is desired, arid conditioning may be added.

With customers in a variety of markets including automotive, construction, furniture, and appliances utilizing diverse substrates such as plastic, metal, wood, and glass, Blasdel Enterprises, Inc. has the experience to design equipment for your application.
