Use the accuracy of the Demmeler welding tables to build your complex piping applications in the shop and not in the field.

Small pipes, large pipes, angular pipes, single or multiple flanges won't be a problem with modular fixturing. Squaring up a flange is a simple matter of clamping it to a pair of our angles using standard compensating clamps. Aligning the bolt hole patterns in flange plates is now a snap with "flange adapter plates". Simply put two dowel pins into the adapter plate and then slip the flange over them.

Long piping assemblies are just as easy to fixture as short ones. Adjustable V-blocks bring the centerline of the pipe to the centerline of the flange. Set the flange adapter plates in place for flange alignment and you're ready to weld. Your parts will come out of the fixture with the same accuracies, every time.
