In partnership with Kimberly Clark and Johnson & Johnson, Boyd Technologies established protocols to meet FDA medical product registration for the finished product conversion and packaging of Johnson & Johnson's Hurt-Free™ Tape. Under FDA regulations, the Boyd Tech team met critical launch dates and successfully produced the product for over 10 years.

Boyd Technologies lead a relocation team to relocate, specify improvements, install, validate, and ramp up a bonding/coating line, and a zero tension slitting/rewinding line.  The Boyd Technologies team established and maintained quality assurance protocols to maintain tensile strength, as well as, meet FDA cGMP for medical devices set forth at 21 CFR Part 820.
