Release liners are necessary to separate single coated and double coated tapes and rubber. Release liners are usually comprised of glassine, paper or plastic which has been coated with clay or fluorosilicone. Embossed plastic film, also known as camelback or dimpled film, works by minimizing the amount of surface contact.
Our
new smooth, unembossed non-silicone release liner is as effective as
most silicone release liners for die cuts and slit rolls and is 100%
LDPE # 4 recyclable.
Release properties can be tailored to tight or easy release.
