Brentwood Plastics manufactures specialty and commodity layflat polyethylene "poly" tubing. We do not have a stock lay-flat poly tubing program. Instead we make clear layflat tubing from 1" to 78" in gauges from 1 mil to 10 mil to your specifications. We hold tolerances tighter than any other lay-flat tubing manufacturer.
We use only 100% virgin food grade USDA, FDA / Kosher approved resins which comply with MIL SPEC S/B LP 378 type 1.
Layflat tubing has many applications. The most common is making bottom seal bags from clear poly tubing with a thermal impulse heat sealer. Make your own bottom seal bags to package irregular size objects. Lay flat tubing eliminates the need for stocking a variety of bottom seal bags.
