Our Micro-Machining Department consists of CNC High-Speed Milling centers and CNC Swiss Lathes.
High-Speed Milling
High-Speed Milling Centers feature spindle speeds of up to 60,000 RPM. These machines make parts with tolerances as small as .0003". Drill sizes are as small as .0045" with a positional tolerance of +/-.0004" back to the datum.
Swiss Lathes
On our Seven-Axis Swiss Lathes, expert operators produce parts as small as .019" in diameter. Quantities may vary from one to thousands with exact repeatability.
Materials for parts made on our special High-Speed Mills and Swiss Lathes include:

- Other Steel Alloys
