The CPDR is a single stage horizontal centrifugal chemical pump. The design for this heavy-duty pump is based on the stringent requirements of the chemical industry. The materials of construction offer excellent wear and chemical resistance in corrosive applications.
The CPDR pumps complement the performance range of the higher flow RCNKu pumps.
Design Features:
- Maximum safety during operation through the use of solid plastic construction
- Ductile cast iron armoring. Absorbs external forces, reduces noise and provides additional protection.
- Open impeller design reduces chances of clogging.
- One-piece impeller / shaft sleeve eliminates the need for rotating o-rings.
- Back pull-out design.
- Single or double mechanical seals.
- Metallic parts protected by corrosion resistant epoxy paint.
- Robust shaft bearings.
Materials:
- Polypropylene PP. From 0 to +100 deg C (32 to 212 deg F).
- High Density Polyethylene PE 1000. From -50 to +80 deg C (-58 to 176 deg F)
- Polyvinylidene Fluoride PVDF. From -20 to +130 deg C (-4 to 266 deg F)
