Melles Griot has designed a series of mounted anamorphic prisms specifically for violet diode lasers. These mounted anamorphic prisms comprise two identical prisms mounted at an incident angle close to Brewster's angle. 06 GPA Series

Features

• Corrects and collimates the asymmetric violet diode laser beam to near circular by enlarging the beam in the minor axis direction

• Minimizes reflection losses by mounting the prisms near Brewsters angle with respect to the incident beam

• Maintains the polarization state of the radiated beam

• Displaces the transmitted beam by only a small lateral amount with respect to the incident beam
