This Cable Protection System has been designed to protect cables and leads in extreme automation and Robotic installations. All components help to reduce damage and outwear of the steer and lead elements, and can therefore significantly increase the life cycle of the installation. The movements of the installation will not be limited by the installation of this product.

Stresses on the complete cable package can be reduced, and torsion forces on the conduit can be avoided, through the use of our supports and range of accessories. The series of robotics conduits available accommodate a wide range of application requirements.

The Cable Protection System for automation applications allows an optimum installation along moving elements, as well as a quick and easy installation.

• Rapid assembly tube clamp for positioning / guiding / fixing of PMA conduits.
• Slide/strain relief/reduction half-shells.
• Half shell insert for cable loom fixing, providing axial strain relief.
• Ball joint sleeve to increase flexibility and relieve the conduit at the attachment points.
• Strain relief insert for TK providing axial fixing of the conduit.
• Ball joint fitting for highest flexibility at the point of termination.
• Gliding bush can be used to fix a retraction system (e.g. spiral spring)
• Abrasion protection or connection/torsion sleeves
• Straight flange fitting for PMA conduit.
• 90° flange fitting for PMA conduit.
• Termination sleeves increase the pull out strength of soft conduits at the point of termination.
• Swivel base for SH rapid assembly tube clamps.
