Flat PowerCable Bends in a Tight Radius and Fits in Narrow Areas Where Round Cable Will Not

Parallel PowerCable is an extremely flexible, low-inductance, flat power cable designed for power distribution and grounding applications. Parallel PowerCable's unique construction offers significantly lower inductance than equivalent round cable. Tin-plated multi-strand wires are extruded in parallel allowing more current per Circular Mil Area (CMA) than round cable. Parallel PowerCable's innovative design makes it lighter than conventional power cable and, in many applications, the flat construction is easier to route and can improve system airflow.

Parallel PowerCable is intended for DC output bussing applications. The cable is available with black or red insulation. Two cables can be easily paralleled to reduce inductance and increase filtering capacitance.

Parallel PowerCable can also be used for AC input applications requiring hot, neutral and ground conductors. The three conductors are conveniently packaged as pods in one cable assembly.
