PS2501A-1 and PS2501AL-1 are 5,000V Optocouplers with phototransistor output, in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package) with PS2501AL-1 in a lead-bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mount. PS2501AL1-1 offers 8 mm creepage distance lead form.
