PS2561D is a 500V high-temp Optocoupler with phototransistor output.
PS2561D-1 is in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package) and the PS2561DL-1 has a gull wing surface mount lead bend.
PS2561DL1-1 has a DIP lead bend for long creepage distance.
PS2561DL2-1 has a gull wing surface mount lead bend for long creepage distance.
