For hard to track, difficult to drive conveyors or for those prone to product build-up, Cambridge International offers the MTS sprockets and companion meshes. The Precision Self Tracking Belt System is simple, and conveyors will operate without constant cleaning, adjusting, or replacing. The MTS sprocket system features precision matched belts, with stainless steel or acetal sprocket segments.

Lightweight, food safe and easy to clean sprockets come standard with a 2" face width and a variety of diameters. Unidirectional machined teeth provide self cleaning action necessary in many applications where product consistencies are thick or tend to bind.

Balanced Flat Seat® belting revolutionized mesh belting with its smooth, flat surface. If tippage is a problem, you can add the steady operation of positive drive.

Once the conveyor is aligned and started, the MTS sprockets provide a thorough and consistent positive drive. This positive drive also maintains the belt position during operation. No other steering or tracking method is needed! The MTS can be driven either in forward or reverse.

The MTRplus drive roll has unique, progressively machined drive teeth which allow for belt expansion and contraction in elevated temperatures and freezing applications. Can ovens, snack food ovens, cookie ovens, food freezers and more are equipped with this sytem.

Both MTS sprockets and MTRplus drive rolls are designed to provide trouble-free, positive drive operation. Matched with the appropirate balanced Flat Seat mesh belt, the sprockets or rolls create a virtually self-tracking, nonslip system.
