Maestro is the new suite of programmable logic PLC flow controller systems from Cameron. The Maestro suite contains a model that is sure to be in tune to your needs.

The Maestro Legend replaces the Vantage 5.0 and provides comprehensive control of your Centrifugal compressor and can be configured to coordinate the operation of multiple compressors. The Maestro PLC utilizes an open architecture Allen Bradley PLC which enables you to use off-the-shelf components that match other panels in your plant. The Maestro EZ is an economic, easy to use, control system for basic compressor operation.

MAESTRO LEGEND
The Maestro Legend is the headliner of the Maestro suite. The Maestro Legend replaces the Vantage as the most efficient and reliable control system available. The Legend is designed specifically for centrifugal compressors. Over the life of a compressor, the Legend can save tens of thousands annually in operating costs.

• Maintain plant pressure to within 1-2 PSI, which allows overall pressure reduction to improve efficiency and reduce air leakage losses saving energy dollars.
• Maximizes compressor operating throttle range, increasing turndown and substantially reducing or eliminating wasteful compressor blow-off.
• Compressor Networking controls multiple compressors as one coordinated system, optimizing all compressors to save energy.
• Available Operation Scheduler automatically reduces system pressure during non-production periods, minimizing energy usage.

The Maestro Legend has a 640 x 480 pixel LCD display providing easy-to-read graphic display of operating conditions. With multi-language capability, including Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Chinese, Russian, and Portuguese, the Maestro Legend is readily configurable to local conditions.

MAESTRO PLC
The Maestro PLC provides the same functionality of the Legend but utilizes an Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC instead of a custom controller. If the open architecture and commonality of a PLC is preferred, then this is the control system. Communicate with other plant control systems via peer-to-peer and SCADA/RTU networks, DH-485, Devicenet, and Ethernet. Customize the design to include selected end devices and sensors. The Maestro PLC allows system engineers to have the flexibility to easily integrate with all other plant control systems.

MAESTRO EZ!
The Maestro EZ is the standardized PLC solution with broad built-in capability designed for easy use. The Maestro EZ provides an economically attractive control system in concert with plant demands. The Maestro EZ is CE compliant. The Maestro EZ will provide the same robust performance as all of the Maestro Control Systems.
