Can-Do National Tape manufactures many different custom felt parts with a variety of adhesive backings. The part shown is a 1mm polyester felt that has been laminated with an automotive grade acrylic adhesive. The felt is then rewound and slit to the specified width. The rolls of felt are then placed on a rotary press. The liner is removed from the back side of the felt, and an extended liner is added. This allows for easy removal of the die cut parts. After the extended liner is added but while still on the rotary press, the felt is sheeted to length using a rotary die, all in line.
