Caterpillar offers its Cat® G3520C advanced gaseous-fueled generator sets, featuring high-efficiency and long service life to support low-energy fuel from landfill applications.

The G3520C 60 Hz generator set is specifically designed to protect engine components against landfill gas contaminants, thus eliminating the need for elaborate fuel-treatment systems and special maintenance and service practices.

The G3520C provides a lower installed cost per kW with power densities as high as 100 kW per cylinder, with low-pressure fuel systems (0.5 to 5 psi/3.5 to 35 kPa) that enable efficient operation on low-energy fuels without requiring fuel compressors.
