NEW LEBANON, NY, October 23, 2000 -- Ceramaseal, the world leader in ultra-high vacuum seal technologies, has designed a revolutionary ceramic-to-metal RF feedthrough that reduces power loss from electromagnetic coupling.
In a new four-page, four-color brochure, Ceramaseal showcases a full line of RF Feedthroughs, both single and dual conductor. The Feedthrough ratings are classified by frequency and amperage in order to meet all of the various parameters for different applications.
The new feedthroughs have a frequency range of 100 kHz to 13.56 MHz and a temperature range of –55° to 400°C. They handle currents up to 800 amps and voltages up to 14KV. Standard feedthroughs are available as weldable and vacuum flange-mounted units. In addition, feedthroughs with custom coolant flow paths and solid conductors on the vacuum side of the feedthrough are also offered.
Based in New Lebanon, N.Y., Ceramaseal is a 50-year-old division of CeramTec North America with headquarters in Laurens, S.C. Ceramaseal is an ISO-9001 certified company that manufactures a wide range of standard and custom vacuum components including connectors, isolators, feedthroughs, viewports and high voltage bushings.
