Fury 602 tank cleaning machines have the longest, most powerful jets in our high impact category. Fury 602 spinners are a larger, more powerful version of the Fury 404 and use the same unique piston drive. As the nozzles oscillate through the vertical plane, the unit continually indexes about the central axis providing complete coverage and maximum impingement for fast, effective cleaning. There are no high-speed parts or gears, so there is less wear and a longer service life. Fury 602 tank cleaners are available in both standard and low pressure versions. The low pressure versions operate at pressures from 10 to 80 psi (0.7 to 5.5 bar) and have a cleaning radius up to 40 ft (12 m). The standard versions operate at pressures from 40 to 300 psi (3 to 20 bar) and have a cleaning radius up to 66 ft (20 m). Two nozzle 360° units and four nozzle 180° units are standard. Two and four nozzle 180° straight-line units and customized spray patterns are available.
Fury 404 Tank Washers The Perfect Tank Cleaning Tool
Versatile and Unique
The Fury 404 tank washer is a powerful, compact cleaning unit with a unique piston operated mechanism. It produces high impact, long range jets that oscillate through 90º while the tank washer continually indexes around the central axis.
The Fury 404 is powered entirely by the cleaning fluid. Only 5% of the wash fluid drives the mechanism while 95% passes directly to the nozzles, reducing pressure loses and turbulence and maximizing jet distance and impingement. The Fury 404 is ideal where rigorous standards of hygiene and product purity are essential.
Applications
The versatile 400 Series Fury models offer 360º and 180º wash patterns for cleaning process vessels, storage tanks, transport tanks and containers. Fury tank cleaners are used extensively in the brewing, distilling, dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, coatings, nuclear and transportation industries. Lightweight and compact, the Fury can be used as a portable cleaning device or permanently installed.
Operation
Unique among jetting washers, the Fury 404 is driven by a low speed piston. Powered by only 5% of the wash fluid, less product debris is able to pass through the internal mechanism. With no high-speed turbines and complex gear mechanisms, there is minimal wear and servicing of the Fury 404.
The Fury's unique indexing mechanism produces an evenly spaced, but random wash pattern that provides total coverage and eliminates striping. The non-repeating wash pattern and high impingement jets assure optimum cleaning results.
180º Open-Top Models
Often it is necessary to clean downwards only, such as in a tank without a top, or to clean upwards only to concentrate the washing action in one area of a tank. The Fury 180º models were developed specifically for this purpose. Their powerful jets are directed only where they are needed for fast efficient cleaning.
Maintenance and Inspection
The low operating speed of the Fury 404 mechanism ensures minimum wear of the components. Inspection and maintenance are made easier by the open design of the tank washer. Comprehensive after-sales service includes spare parts, technical support and full repair facilities.
