The innovative ball bearing free design (prolongs life, avoids hydraulic shock) combined with its slow, constant rotation, allows the Turbo SSB to deliver the true power of the fan jets. Its micro oscillation technology additionally increases the effectiveness of the jets, thereby maximizing efficiency and reducing water consumption. 360° spray pattern only.

The Turbo SSB tank washer takes the popular slotted spray ball format into its next evolutionary phase by removing the ball bearings and slowing down the rotation speed. A unique pressure regulation system in the drive chamber helps to keep the speed of rotation consistent under differing pressures. The Turbo SSB also has a hydraulic and PTFE bearing system that reduces wear and extends the service life of the unit. Because the Turbo SSB does not have ball bearings, the potential for seizing and contamination issues associated with ball bearing degradation are eliminated.

Applications
The Turbo SSB is ideally suited to low flow, variable pressure applications where a slow constant rotation speed is required to give longer chemical dwell times for improved cleaning efficiency. Operation
Wash fluid is directed through the slots on the rotating ball, producing independent strong fan jets giving total coverage. Each fan jet targets a specific area of the vessel. Ideal for burst rinsing or prolonged washing with instant, strong impact performance. The Turbo SSB is available in 180° and 360° wash patterns.

Maintenance & Inspection
The low wear design requires minimal maintenance.
