All slip tables are designed with a precision ground natural granite slab with a selection of guidance bearings to meet different applications and budgets. It can be provided in almost any size from 300 square for small shakers to 1.5 meter square for the larger shaker systems. Different types of restraining bearings are available to meet different application requirements and operating budgets.

TmcSolution offers an array of Slip Tables to meet your needs whether it is strenuous vibration testing or a production line application. It is ideally suited for sequential 3-axis test capability with minimized cross axis response; for testing heavy, oversized, or non-symmetrical loads. Ambient and Combined Environment (vibration/thermal) testing are both supported.

• Integrated Design

The GT and BT Series integrated shaker/slip table design offers numerous critical technical features compared to other manufacturer's integrated base designs and the "combo" base designs (shaker and standalone slip table mounted on a common steel plate). These features result in superior long term reliability and durability, performance, structural integrity, building isolation, and simplified operation.

• Combo Design

For testing very large or dynamically complex payloads we recommend combo base designs (shaker and standalone slip table mounted on a common steel plate). This configuration provides the ultimate pitch, roll and yaw restraint on the vibration table.

• Convenient Operating

A unique trunnion and guidance bearing assembly provides simple shaker rotation capability and body vibration isolation. The electrodynamic shaker can be rotated to the vertical position for one axis and then to the horizontal position where it is connected to a horizontal slip plate for the other two axis testing.

• V-Grooved Oil-Film Slip Tables—GT Series

V-Grooved Oil-Film Slip Tables are designed with a precision granite slab with side shank guide and is combined with a magnesium or high grade aluminum slip plate to provide the most cost effective way to perform general horizontal testing. The slip plate is guided by two front and back base V-Groove Oil-Film bearings to provide high restraint during high moment operation.

• Hydrostatic Bearing Slip Tables—BT Series

Hydrostatic Bearing Slip Tables are designed for high over-tuning moment and cross axial restraint. The design combines a magnesium or high grade aluminium slip plate, a precision flat granite slab and hydrostatic bearings to provide a very high dynamic moment restraint while preserving the damping characteristics of the oil film. This system allows testing of heavy products with high centers of gravity by reacting moments through the hydrostatic bearings. Multiple bearings can be configured to restrain moments into the millions of in-lbs.
