The CITEL P8AX Series coaxial surge protectors have been designed to protect antennas, microwaves, broadband applications, two-way radios, cellular equipment and GPS equipment against lightning surges and electrical transients.

CITEL uses a patented gas tube and that is available in in-line or bulkhead versions with a variety of different connectors and gender types.

Features:

· Citel P8AX series coaxial surge protectors have been designed to protect your sensitive RF equipment against harmful lightning surges and electrical transients.

· They utilize a patented gas tube technology that exhibits an extremely low-insertion loss (0.066dB @ 2.5 GHz) and a high power-handling capability (20kA – 8/20 ms waveform).

· The surge arrester gas tube within each P8AX allows for use in wide-band applications ranging from DC to 4 GHz due to its extremely low capacitance.

· P8AX series protectors are available in many different types of connectors such as N, BNC, TNC, SMA, 7/16 DIN and F type.

· Also available in both in-line and bulkhead versions for convenient ground installations.

· All units are waterproof and designed for indoor or outdoor applications.
