They utilize a heavy-duty stage of silicon avalanche diodes that exhibit a fast response time and a high power-handling capability (1500 Watts).

Automatically reset after each lightning surge or electrical transient.

DD9, DD15 and DD25 series feature DB9, DB15 and DB25 connectors respectively.

All three styles protect all pins on the DB9, DB15 or DB25 connector respectively.

Available for applications such as RS485, RS422, RS232, 4-20mA loops, and all instrumentation circuits.
