HK Technologies, a Division of Cleveland Vibrator, introduces at the 2006 International Powder and Bulk Show a new line of ultrasonic screening systems utilizing a dual vibratory drive system. This dual motor separator allows for four control variables: motor force, motor frequency, motor angle and motor rotation direction. This results in a three dimensional motion instead of a two dimensional motion, thus allowing for greater throughput of difficult to screen products. The unique vibratory action coupled with HK Technologies ultrasonic deblinding system provides a screener that can handle many difficult screening applications.
