ChemQuik™ Chemical Handling Couplings

CQV06 Series – PVDF, 3/8" (10mm) Nominal Flow, Cv = 1.6 ChemQuik™ CQV06 Series quick disconnect couplings feature ALL-PLASTIC construction. Compared to the CQH06 Series, they provide better chemical resistance to strong acids and the standard Chemraz® seals are well suited in providing higher levels of chemical resistance and purity in a standard product. As with the CQH06 Series, there is no metal in the coupling to corrode or contaminate critical fluids where chemical resistance and high purity are of the utmost importance. Depend on them for ease-of-use, high-flow capacity and single-handed operation.

The CQV06 Series coupling design significantly reduces spills, allowing instant line disconnect (even under pressure) thus minimizing downtime. Made from virgin resins - with no regrind, mold release agents or lubricants*, they're assembled and packaged in a clean environment. The ChemQuik™ combination of performance, purity, chemical resistance and affordability make these couplings the top choice for high purity fluid handling.

Flexible Solutions:

Choose from in-line and panel mount configurations with integral, 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" and 3/4" Flaretek® flare terminations. In order to assure maximum design flexibility, a 3/8" male NPT thread termination allows for connection to a wide variety of fittings and components.
