These baths are ideal for industrial or laboratory applications with a wide variety of temperature control requirements. Available in 6-, 13-, and 28-liter tank capacities the compact footprint maximizes bench space. Industrial grade circulating pumps deliver extra pressure providing more efficient heat exchange, better temperature uniformity, and improved reservoir agitation. Added pump pressure provides greater flexibility on where you place the circulator. Long-life high wattage heaters deliver fast fluid heat up for applications requiring rapid fluctuations. Over-temperature and low-level cutouts protect baths from adverse events. Redundant, user-settable over-temperature thermostat provides an added level of security.
(A) Analog-Controller Baths
Two-speed pump provides 9 or 15 L/min flow rates
This bath is ideal for applications where frequent temperature changes or tight temperature controls are not necessary. Bath features a manual temperature dial setting; read temperatures with the included thermometer. Two-speed pressure pump is suitable for closed loop applications.
(B) Digital-Controller Baths
Ideal for less demanding applications with few temperature fluctuations
Standard digital-controller baths have a temperature limit of 150°C. Adjustable PID control provides stability of ±0.05°C. Water-tight touch-pad controls allow you to easily set temperature in °C or °F. Single-line LCD lets you continuously monitor fluid temperature in 0.1° increments. Overtemperature and low-level cutouts trigger a visual alarm.
(C) Advanced Digital-Controller Baths
Advanced PID control provides additional accuracy needed for more demanding temperature control applications
Digital-controller baths have a 200°C temperature limit on 6-liter models and 150°C limit on 13- and 28-liter models. Adjustable PID control provides stability of ±0.01°C. Two-line LCD, with contrast control, shows you set point and actual temperature simultaneously so you can continuously monitor the fluid temperature. Display temperature in °C, °F, or °U (user defined) with a resolution of 0.1 or 0.01°. Overtemperature and low-level cutouts trigger audible and visual alarms. RS-232 interface lets you connect to a PC for datalogging.
(D) Programmable-Controller Baths
Store 2 programs with up to 10 steps each — ideal for applications with frequently changing heat loads
These programmable-controller baths feature the same control and performance characteristics as the Advanced Digital models while offering multistep programming via a twelve-button keypad. Two-line LCD, with contrast control, shows you set point and actual fluid temperature or external temperature and set point. RS-232 interface lets you connect to a PC for datalogging or remote control.
