RTD Temperature Sensor Assemblies With ATEX Head

Conax Buffalo Technologies announces that its extensive line of thermocouple and RTD temperature sensor assemblies is now available with a termination head approved to meet the European Communities' ATEX directive (94/9/EC) for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The head is suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 atmospheres. The cast aluminum head is equipped with internal and external grounding screws and a locking cover. It is available in a variety of NPT port sizes and includes mounting flanges for easy wall mounting. The temperature rating is -20º C to +55º C (-4º F to +131º F).
