J-16 Hydrogen Coldwall Furnace

This hydrogen furnace is our largest model and is great for large items and high production of smaller products. With a temperature range of 1200° to 1600° C, it is excellent for applications ranging from clean firing of parts to controlled atmosphere brazing to metallizing in wet hydrogen. This furnace is available with up to a 72" tall hot zone. The chamber lifts up on a hoist to expose the work area at a comfortable level for loading and unloading.

• Process Gas Requirements: 25 - 50 psi Nitrogen, 25 - 50 psi Hydrogen
• Process gas can be humidified via a heated bubbler to over 18 degrees C. Dewpoint.
• Dual or even triple hot zones on taller and higher temperature models to ensure even heat distribution.
