The SLD 1128 from Covega is a 1550 nm low power, broadband Super Luminescent Diode (SLD) with near Gaussian spectral profile and low ripple. It is housed in a standard 14 pin dual in line (DIL) package with integrated thermoelectric cooler, thermistor and Photodiode coupled to a single mode fiber output fiber tail.
