Our fly-knife cutters are the ideal tube-cutting solution for variety of extruded applications, such as cable and wiring, hoses, medical tubing, and straws. These cutters are also suited for small, fleixble or rigid profiles, such as edgebands, weather-stripping, and plastic trim. Spec sheet

CDS's traveling up-cut saws are ideal for cutting semi-rigid to rigid applications, such as window lineals, fencing panels, siding, railing and small to medium-sized tubular products. For greater cutting and speed-holding accuracy, these saws can be equipped with a brushless servo motor (CSS series), which also incorporates a built-in length controller. The table travel speed is self-adjusting and is designed to eliminate interference with the extrudate's advancement. Spec sheet

CDS's traveling Cross-cut Saw is specifically designed to cut extra wide applications, such as decking boards and polymer slabs. Unlike the traveling up-cut saw, this unit executes lateral cuts to the application. Servo-driven models improve cutting accuracy and cut-to-length repeatability. Linear rails and bearings assure smooth table and blade travel. Features such as a solid base, table and blade guards, and cut-off switches make our cross-cut saws safe and dependable. Spec sheet

CDS's servo-driven Planetary Saw is designed and manufactured to accurately cut pipes of various materials and diameters (O.D.) The unit's carbide or diamond-chip blade executes its incision around the pipe's circumference while in synchronization with the extrusion line speed. Spec sheet
