The CDS Medical High-Precision Vacuum Sizing Tank, CMPVS 8-8, provides efficient filter water cooling, while maintaining an enhanced heat transfer rate, ideal for the precise shape requirements of medical tubing applications. Its stainless steel retractable water reservoirs reduce maintenance downtime and increase overall productivity. An exterior adjustable standpipe and three exterior product support rollers allow the operator to make adjustments without halting production, increasing line productivity. Its tank is controlled by manual knobs for horizontal and lateral movement and an easy PLC controlled longitudinal adjustment, allowing for 3 axis movement. The CDS Medical Combination Servo Belt Haul-Off/Servo Fly-Knife Cutter, CMCBSSK 2-125, unit combines precision cutting accuracy and durable pulling capabilities on FDA approved belts in an efficiently designed small footprint. Its accurate cut-to-length of +/- 1/64th inch (0.03 cm), a maximum cut length of 9999.99 inches (254m) and a minimal cutting capacity of 0.100 inch (0.254cm), meet all of the precise requirements for the medical tubing extrusion industry. Its easy blade replacement access channel allow for safe blade removal while reducing maintenance downtime. A high precision lubrication system ensures superior product consistency and overall quality. The innovative CDS Medical Servo Belt Haul-Off/Servo Fly-Knife Cutter Combination Unit provides high precision cutting and efficient extrudate pulling capabilities together.

The CDS Medical Takeaway Conveyor, CMTC 4-10, efficiently transports extrudate on FDA approved belts at top speeds of 72-597 fpm (22-182m), providing efficient and effective product collection. It's easily adjustable, as manual knobs permit horizontal adjustments within a 39-45 inch (99-114cm) range. A stand alone/follower feature allows for automatic and independent line speed adjustments, providing added control. The pneumatic ejector discharges to a reinforced stainless steel collection tray for increased product retention and exterior ribbing reduces the risk of residue accumulation. Its enhanced controls include a foot per second indicator for easier speed monitoring. The CDS Medical Takeaway Conveyor reduces overall product collection costs and increases line
productivity.
