PARALLEL SHAFT INDEXERS

Cyclo-Index offers the most complete line of parallel-shaft index drives in the industry. Standard indexers range from the miniature 0800 Series with a 1-inch center distance, to the 6400 Series at 25,000 in-lb of torque. Compound, multiple-motion, tandem and alternating drives expand the variety.

Our parallel-shaft indexers feature a basic two-component indexing system that consists of an input and an output element. The flexibility if this design allows us to offer an unmatched selection of output motions.

Precision Conveyors

The Cyclo-Index Precision Link Conveyor is designed to be a foundation for automation applications that require accurate positioning. The heart of this package is our proven Cyclo-Index Drive, that assures the highest quality and performance.

DETAILS AND FEATURES

Our standard Precision Conveyors are available in lengths divisible by 18 inches, up to a 12 foot center distance. Standard pitches are 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6 inch linear travel. The repeatability is +/- 0.005 inch at each station.

The drive system is our 4000 Series DT Indexer package, which includes worm gear reducer, motor, controller, and switch/cam assembly. The indexer mounting bracket and support feet are part of the system, along with a torque overload coupling.

We can also provide quotes for non-standard lengths and pitches.

Screw Machine Kits

Our Retrofit Kits are designed to increase production and decrease cost in automatic screw machines, including Acme-Gridley, New Britain and Davenport brands.

Cyclo-Index clutch kits and mechanical indexing kits complement each other, installing them will help you maximize your production and profits.

Complete TurnKey Systems
