The X64-CL Dual is the newest offering in DALSA's line of X64-CL Series high performance Camera Link digital frame grabbers for the PCI-64 bus. Built upon DALSA's powerful ACU-Plus (Acquisition Control Unit) and DTE (Data Transfer Engine) core imaging technologies, the X64-CL Dual is designed to deliver unprecedented flexibility, speed and reliability in OEM machine vision applications.
Compatible with two Base Camera Link cameras, the X64-CL Dual supports all standard multiple tap area and linescan Camera Link cameras in both color and monochrome. For greater versatility, the X64-CL board can also interface with custom camera formats, including pixel depths and tap configurations not covered by the Camera Link standard. With all image acquisition functions integrated on a single board and under a single API, the X64-CL Dual ensures highly reliable acquisition control throughout the entire image capture sequence, from the time a trigger is fired to the time an image is available in host memory. Trigger-to-image reliability also recognizes if anything has gone wrong at any stage of the image acquisition sequence and compensates accordingly.
