The Step Style Fine Screen with a Highly Evolved Design

The ScreenMaster employs European fine screening "step-bar" technology. This unit features design improvements that make it a uniquely dependable and effective fine screen system. As a result, it represents the strongest, most durable fine screen available and achieves the highest degree of separation.

This unit is suitable for channels up to 158" (4030mm) wide and 174" (4430mm) high. It is available with a variety of screen slot openings from 3mm and up.

Operation:

As the solids accumulate into a mat on the screen, the unit is activated by a timer or level sensor. The motor recipricates the bars incrementally moving the materials up the bar screen steps. When the solids reach the top they fall off into a bin, washer or conveyor. The unit then stops in the home position.
