Divinycell HT was developed for use with aerospace grade prepregs for both interior and exterior use.
Recently Divinycell HT polymer foam material was extensively upgraded and is a worthy successor to the original HT.
Divinycell HT sets new standards in terms of performance and processability and is suitable for a very wide range of structural and non-structural applications. Furthermore it is non-hygroscopic, has a reduced environmental impact, superior damage/impact performance and improved dielectric properties.
It is available in the following densities: 4.1, 5.0, 6.3 and 8.1 lb/cub. ft. (65, 80, 100, 130 kg/cub. m.).
Standard & Special Finishing
Divinycell HT sandwich core can be supplied with a wide range of finishes to facilitate installation, enhance component quality and to meet specific process requirements. These include grid-scored, double cut and 'infusion' grooved/perforated forms.
Ready-Made Kits
For those involved in series production, Divinycell HT can be supplied in ready-made construction kits where each piece is pre-cut, shaped as necessary and numbered to fit exactly into its designated place in the mold. This substantially reduces build times, saves labor costs, improves quality and cuts waste.
