Robustness at a low noise level is what DOGA achieves with its new gear motor 111.9107.30.00.
DOGA offers all gear motors with different gear materials in order to increase the gear resistance for especially tough applications.
The new DOGA gear motor 111.9107.30.00 at 24V DC is fitted with a Celotex worm wheel (resibonded fabric worm wheel), giving a better robustness to the product without creating a higher noise level. As another alternative and as part of DOGA's strategy to offer customised items on all products we also offer bronze gear wheels for all our gear motors.
This gear motor 111.9107.30.00 with 280r.p.m and with a starting torque of 10N.m (90 in-lbf) has a rear shaft which supplies a very high suitability range to a wide range of applications such as medical, agricultural machinery, door mecanisms with the possibility to add encoders, tachometers, brakes,… and many other devices.
