When the humidity level drops, the humidifier automatically makes steam. At the end of the humidification season, after the system has been idle for 72 hours, the humidifier drains automatically. Water is cooled as it drains, so there is no worrying about damaging drain pipes.

Easy to maintain—just replace the cylinder

The XTR humidifier is very easy to maintain — just replace the affordable plastic cylinder. All water impurities and minerals remain in the cylinder; and, there are no messy evaporator pads to replace or tanks to clean!

Disperse steam into ducts or directly into open spaces

Disperse steam into existing heating ducts using vapor hose and a dispersion tube connected to the top of the humidifier. Steam exits the dispersion tube without dripping or spitting, preventing condensate from collecting in the duct. Or disperse steam directly into finished or open spaces using the quiet XTR steam blower mounted directly on top of the humidifier, or mounted remotely.
