The Northeast plant has a complete facility including plastic engineering staff, plastic mold making capabilities, plastic injection molding, sub assembly, packaging and quality control. Da/Pro offers complete in-house plastic molding capabilities including rapid prototyping, plastic design assistance, plastic compound development, laboratory testing, plastic mold construction, sub-assembly, hot stamping, plastic and TPE over molding, plastic and TPE insert molding and a full service quality assurance department. Da/Pro Northeast TPE and plastic molding facility is fully equipped with 12 injection mold machines ranging from 33 to 220 tons offering the following capabilities: Commodity Thermoplastics, Engineering Thermoplastics, Automation, Insert Molding, TPE Elastomer Over-molding, Cable Connector Over-molding, Hot Oil Capability. Da/Pro Northeast can provide fused deposition models, machined prototypes, or single cavity prototype molds to aid in the process of product development. Our design engineers work closely with you to determine the most effective process and plastic or TPE material for your application. Da/Pro Northeast TPE and Plastic Molding facility offers value-added services that include: rapid prototyping, hot stamping, sub-assembly, special packaging, mold making and more.
