DeWAL Industries has added custom stamped shapes to its Dynaglide® 600 product line. Dynaglide 600 is a family of specially formulated PTFE compounds, designed for use in static and dynamic bearing and seal applications.
Discrete Dynaglide 600 grades are available for uses with both hard and soft metallic and polymer mating surfaces, ranging from the hardest alloys through the most malleable brass and aluminum. Flat parts from Dynaglide materials can be configured to most traditional stamped shapes and sizes, and more complex shapes such as u-cups and lip seals are also possible.
DeWAL product development engineers are available to provide customers with design consultation. Dynaglide 600 products offer extremely low friction, high chemical resistance, and typically operate in both wet and dry environments from cryogenic temperatures through 500 degrees Fahrenheit. DeWAL can also provide custom stamped parts from its line of PTFE and UHMW-PE products.
