DeWAL Industries, Inc. a leading manufacturer of skived PTFE and UHMW-PE films announces the release of its new product family – the Dynaglide(R) 600 Series of PTFE-based bearing and seal compounds.

Dynaglide 600 products exhibit excellent performance characteristics in dry or wet dynamic use; significantly reducing both friction and wear. This product family features ten distinct grades, each designed for maximum operation when running within a specified range of environments and mating surfaces.

DeWAL engineering assistance is available to aid in the specification of the individual grades, assuring the best possible compatibility between Dynaglide product and the each unique application.

Dynaglide 600 grades are provided in film roll form with thickness ranging from 0.010 to 0.064 inch and width ranging from 0.500 through 24.0 inch. Products can be furnished treated for bonding. Dynaglide 600 series products can also be supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive, if required.

Custom components including washers, rings, u-cups and other die-stamped shapes are also available manufactured to customer specifications.

Since its founding in 1974, DeWAL has been an industry leader in the manufacture of skived PTFE and UHMW-PE film. The company also manufactures pressure sensitive tapes from PTFE, UHMW-PE, Polyimide, and PTFE coated glass fabric. In addition to Dynaglide compounds, DeWAL makes Poro-Tex(R) and UniPore(R) specialty products.
