HVEF Series High Voltage Diode
Introducing the new HVEF series high voltage discrete diode from Dean Technology, Inc. This extremely fast diode features recovery times less than 20 nS, subminiature packaging and a variety of reverse voltage selections. It is currently available in 8, 10 and 12kV packages with up to 40 mA of continuous current capability. The low Vf, high surge current and high operating temperature range makes this one of the most exciting new products available to high voltage power supply designers. These diodes are available in 2mm by 5mm case size now and will be available in 2mm by 3mm in the near future. These extremely fast diodes are available from HVCA's stock now!
