DEKKER Vacuum Technologies, Inc. Custom Vmax oil-sealed liquid-ring vacuum pump systems are available in a capacity range from 50 – 5,000 CFM and utilize DEKKER's patented high-efficiency DX-5 or DX-7 separator design, eliminating oil carry-over concerns.

Vmax: the system of choice for your application:

• All Vmax systems feature liquid ring vacuum pumps manufactured to ISO9001quality control standards. Single-stage, high efficiency liquid ring vacuum pumps available up to 5,000 CFM with vacuum capabilities up to 29.5"Hg. Two-stage pumps available for high vacuum applications.
• The DEKKER patented DX-5 and DX-7 air/oil separator designs feature five stages of separation, resulting in the best air/oil separation in the industry.
• Another advantage of the DX-5 and DX-7separators is the structural design. The tank is cylindrical, resulting in superior strength, which is very important on units operating with backpressure. This design also eliminates possible leaks associated with square tank designs.
• Potential leak joints in the oil-circuit have been virtually eliminated with the use of AeroquipTM MatchMate PlusTM dual wall, synthetic rubber, metal braid re-inforced hose, connected to system components with AeroquipTM crimp-on fittings. The use of hose increases system life by eliminating stress on system components associated with hard-pipe systems.
• Rugged, high-quality, industrial system gives years of trouble free operation.
• Extended-life seal-fluid is not used as a lubricant. Change interval is not critical, resulting in a minimum of 10,000 hours of continuous operation.
• Carry-over of soft solids and/or minimal amounts of liquid does not cause damage to the internal parts of the pump.
• Vmax systems have an extremely low operating noise level with sound levels in the 75-80 dBA range. Rotary screw pumps have much higher sound levels because of high operating speeds (3600-8000 RPM).
• DEKKER offers an unparalleled full 3-year warranty on Vmax systems (excluding routine maintenance items such as seals, bearings, filters and oil).
