Santa Ana, California, February, 2009 – In order to provide a wide variety of motion control solutions, Deschner Corporation offers the "Slow Return" model Kinechek®speed regulator. The Slow Return feature is very useful when automatic extension ofthe plunger rod will interfere with a second operation.

The SLOW RETURN KINECHEK will control the speed of a load pushing on the plunger rod with the same smooth, constant rate as a regular KINECHEK. With the added Slow Return feature, the automatic extension of the plunger rod is slowed by a fixed restricting orifice built-in to the unit's internal flow passages.The time required for the plunger rod to extend can range from 6 seconds to 22 seconds per inch of stroke. This return time is not adjustable and depends upon the orifice size built into the unit. Slow Return Kinecheks are often built into the slide mechanisms used on 2^nd operation production lathes during multi process production.

Leak proof and fully adjustable, Slow Return model Kinecheks are available in ½ inch,1 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch, with a maximum capacity of 1200lbs.
