Despatch PC Series Continuous Production Ovens are designed for process versatility and reliability. They achieve superior temperature uniformity in all interior parts due to high-volume, vertical down airflow. The continuous belt design is ideal for large quantities of similar work pieces being processed. Ovens provide extremely consistent and repeatable process results at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). Air velocity and heater size allow for high product throughput rates. The small footprint on standard and HEPA filtered ovens require minimal floor space.

Vertical Airflow for ultimate temperature uniformity – The superior temperature uniformity is obtained by high-volume, vertical down airflow. The pressurized air distribution plenum delivers a supply air outlet uniformity of ±1.7°C (±3°F).

• Standard Applications - Drying/curing electronic components or circuit boards, curing PTFE parts and adhesives, epoxy curing, and general heat treat of small parts or assemblies

• Clean Process Applications – The HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered ovens provide extremely consistent and repeatable process results for Class 1000 clean process applications. The oven is designed for the most demanding clean process requirements and uses 99.97% efficient HEPA filters on recirculation air.

• For use with Flammable solvents – The PC Series Class A ovens are specifically designed for use with flammable solvents and volatiles. Industrial construction is rugged enough for the most demanding and critical applications.
