Divinycell F is compatible with the vast majority of composite manufacturing processes up to 220°C (428°F) curing cycles, including prepregs and infusion. When used with most pre-pregs it does not require the use of a film adhesive.

With its superior fire properties Divinycell F is ideal for aircraft interiors including wall panelling, ceiling modules, luggage bins and doors/lockers. Its close cell structure makes it particularly suitable for galleys and toilets.

It is also an excellent sandwich core material for train and subway interiors, exceeding as it does, the new EN 45545-2 regulatory requirements.

The new material is manufactured in a dedicated production facility that is close to DIAB's existing DeSoto, Texas, USA operation. Initially, Divinycell F will be available in three densities - 50, 90 and 130 kg/cub. m. (3.1, 5.6 and 8.1 lb/cub. ft.).
