Dixon's Model 3120 Screwdriving Cell provides a Rotary Indexing Fixture, and equipped with either a Blow-Fed or Track-Fed Automatic Screwdriving Head for a hands free assembly operation. The Rotary Fixture can be programmed to allow driving fasteners at random placements around a 360º bolt circle up to 305mm in diameter. The Cell can be used for a part placement assembly by replacing the Screwdriver Head with a Part Placement Head. This basic Work Cell has many optional features and enables easy retooling of both the placement head and fixture for future product changes.
