Now, our scientists have developed the next-generation of advanced fiber technology - introducing new DuPont™ Kevlar® Advanced Performance technology.

Kevlar® AP delivers higher performance than current Kevlar® K29, giving customers unique design flexibilities across a wide range of industrial applications.

Kevlar® K29 AP

• Has up to 15% higher tenacity than standard K29 and is available in 750, 1000 and 1500 denier for use in a wide range of high strength applications.
  
• Initial trials of K29 AP at an industrial belt manufacturer demonstrated a step change improvement vs. standard K29 and 4 times longer belt life than a competitive fiber.
