Harmful water and sediment produced in the normal operationof air systems cause rust and corrosion to the structure if not removed from the system. These contaminates need to be drained repeatedly to gain the maximum operation of the system.
The DynaQuip DRAINMASTER has been designed and built for long cycle life and maintenance-free operation. Our full port ball valve eliminates clogging unlike similar solenoid based condensate drain valves. NO Y-Strainer nececessary.
Availble with 1/4", 1/2", 3/4" & 1" NPT threaded brass ball valves the DRAINMASTER features a digital timer with ten preset cycle intervals. The discharge time is preset to 3.5 seconds. The DRAINMASTER can be mounted in a variety of orientations for convienient installation.
Rated to 200 PSI CWP the DRAINMASTER is most commonly used for compressed air system condesate removal, but can be addapted to other liquid or gas purge or sampling applications.
