DSTI can design a miniature rotary union assembly to fit your specific application. The custom unit pictured was designed for use in a pick & place assembly system for the semiconductor industry. This design features lightweight, all aluminum construction, (4) independent flow paths with M5 connections, and an integrated (5) circuit electrical slip ring for data transfer.
