Dytran Instruments, a leading designer and manufacturer of piezoelectric and DC sensors, has recently expanded their line of IEPE accelerometers and impulse hammers designed for modal analysis testing. These accelerometers are available in a variety of options, including single-axis and triaxial, high sensitivity, lightweight, ultra miniature, low noise, various mounting considerations and different cable / connector options. Although designed for modal analysis studies, these sensors are also ideal for the following applications: shaker control, Squeak & Rattle, Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) and general purpose vibration measurements.

The new units introduced for modal analysis testing are 3097A Series, Model 3225M23 and Model 3224M24, 3263A Series, 3273A Series, Model 3293A, and 5800BT Series.
